- My name is Lindsey Watson and I am a Spanish Major with an Elementary Ed. minor. My dream is to one day live and teach in a Latin American country. I have been blessed with some amazing travel experiences, and I am excited to use Education as a tool to provide more opportunities for poverty-stricken people. Right now I spend my time volunteering with high school students at Gibbs High School through an organization called Young Life.
