Today I learned how to make and edit my first website. I had never even heard of Dream Weaver before walking into class today, but now I feel like I can adequately maneuver the application in creating my own website. I can already tell that Instructional Technology is going to teach me a lot about useful tools on computers that can enhance a learning environment. It was simple to follow instruction through the design and organization of the website, and it was exciting to see the final product open in a real internet server! I hope to be able to create a website one day for the classes that I will teach. The tools I learned today have definitely prepared me for that. It amazes me that I am already learning how to use technology far beyond my original capacity and in ways that will equip me for the professional world.
